土曜日。
午前中は友達と中和（台北県）のCostocoへ。
何もかもが大きくどかんとしていて、
一人暮らしの、そして狭い部屋の私に買えるものはない…
友達は車のオイルのエンジンを買って、私は手ぶらで店を出た。
除湿機を多分買わなきゃいけないんだと思うが、
台湾製のを地元の電器屋さんで買ったほうが安そう。
Costcoのむき出しのコンクリートの倉庫のような店内に
フードコートがあって、そこも大賑わいであったが、
絶対にこんなとこで食事するのやだなあ。
桃園にびゅんと戻って、お腹がぺこぺこだったので、
近所の素食の自助餐（バイキング）の店へ。
ここ、料理の種類がものすごく多くて、味もいいので時間があるときは来たい店。
今日はじめてオンタイムに行けたら、おかずの種類の豊富さにあれもこれも
ちょっとずつと欲張って結果的にすごい盛大な盛りのランチになってしまった。
残さず食べれる自分が怖いが。
ここの黒米のおこわとか、きのこのから揚げとかはけっこう癖になる味。
野菜の炒め物、煮物の類の種類だけでもたぶん20くらいありそう。
お客さんもほぼ満席でにぎわう店内、活気あり◎
（台湾はほんとうに、おいしい店は食事どきは混んでいるのですぐわかる）
美味でした。
しかも帰って読書→ものすごい睡魔に襲われ、ぐうぐう寝た。
5時間くらい…？（←さっき起きた）
新月の頃はほんとうに自分の体のコントロールがぜんぜん効かなくて
食べ過ぎたり、とんでもない時間にゴンと寝たり、してしまう。
もうこのときは観念して体の欲求に従うかな。
終わるとだいたい目がつまって前より調子がいい気がするので、
そうやって食べ過ぎたりとんでもない時間に寝てみたりして、
体は何かを調節してるのかも。
さて今日は昨夜のリベンジで飲み…
噂には聞いてたが、台湾人てほんとに飲みにいくとき
「じゃあ10時ね！」って言うんだ…
なんでも、ごはんも各自しっかり食べてから、さあ飲むぞと
集うらしいょ。食事とアルコールは分けてる模様。
だからワタミはここでは居酒屋にはなりえないのだな…
どんなとこへ連れてってくれるのか、楽しみです。
