＜樂園ノ為ニ＞
強大なる闇の組織をうっかり敵に回してしまった為、放たれる刺客に付け狙われる事もしばしば。
街をそぞろ歩いているだけの姿を発見されてしまうと、遥か向こうより抜刀する派手な金属音と共に通行人より悲鳴が上がり、不穏な空気が周囲を包み始め、自分目掛けて全力で斬り掛かって来る暗殺者は後を絶たない。
実は彼ら、普段は町の住人として穏やかに暮らしているのだが、ある日を境に狂信者集団の構成員としての役目を果たそうと躍起になって襲い掛かって来るのである。
降り掛かる火の粉は払わねばなるまいと街中で斬り結ぶのはやぶさかではないのだが、一人で対峙した際にも善良ながら血気盛んな住人らが助勢加勢しようとして返り討ちとなり、屍は増えるばかりである。
故に最近では往来の多い通りを避け、移動時にはまず壁際に背を付けて辺りを見回し、ここぞという瞬間を見計らって小走りするという逃亡者の如き日々なのである。
