昨日は散策会でひさびさにもりもりと山のなかを歩いた。八方台、八ヶ岳の裾野
がずずーんと目の前に広がるすてきな場所だった。そこで風に吹かれつつ食べる
おにぎりの、きゅうりの、おいしかったこと！
帰り道で明治温泉に浸かり、足腰をほぐす。
夕方、仕込んでいるお醤油の引越し。樽を芹ヶ沢から花苑のハウスまで運ぶ。み
んなで樽と一緒にごっちゃりと軽トラの荷台に乗って、夕日がきれいで、きゅん
とした。
村中畑の人参をいまいくんたちと間引いてきて、川の水でばしゃばしゃと洗った
だけのを、もろみにつけていただいたら最高においしかった。樽をまんなかにみ
んな生の人参をぽりぽりかじる、いい笑顔…！うれしいな～。
夜は御射鹿池の開発計画に対し、茅野市長が開発許可を出したのを受けて、ハウ
スで今後の対策のための会議。景観保護と地質調査を求める環境審議会の答申を
まるで無視した形だ。
ああ、でも「反対」って辛い。反対運動、ではなく、守るための「賛成運動
」というスタンスを自分のなかでだいじにしようと思う。具体的にどのように関
わるのがよいか、初めてのことでむつかしいが、考えるきっかけだなあ。
会議のあとでじゅんじくんちに行ってごはん食べたりみんなとおしゃべりしたり。
明るい一日だった。

Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
